Stone Tree Holding is a group of companies offering a full cycle of property management services in Dubai. Since 2016, we have been helping investors and property owners in three key areas:

  • Stone Tree Real Estate — property selection and purchase for investment purposes;

  • Stone Tree Holiday Homes — short- and long-term property rentals;

  • Stone Tree Technical Services — technical maintenance and property management.

We are now strengthening our team and seeking a driven and proactive Head of Sales who will take ownership of revenue management, sales growth, and increasing occupancy rates for our properties.

Your mission — ensure that every property is rented out, maintaining an occupancy rate of 95%+.

To achieve this, you will not only optimize existing processes but also develop new sales strategies, inspire your team, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Team Management

  • Build an effective sales system (B2C, short- and long-term rentals).

  • Ensure high occupancy levels (95%+).

  • Manage the sales team: set goals, monitor KPIs, motivate, and supervise.

  • Optimize the sales funnel — from first contact to booking.

Revenue Management

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies.

  • Conduct market analysis and adjust rates in real time.

  • Manage OTA channels (Booking, Airbnb, etc.).

  • Create special offers and increase RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.

Analytics & Processes

  • Conduct regular sales and revenue analysis.

  • Forecast revenue and implement growth strategies.

  • Set up transparent reporting and process monitoring systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and team management experience.

  • Proven success in revenue management.

  • Knowledge of key metrics (RevPAR, Occupancy, Conversion, etc.).

  • Proficiency in OTA and PMS systems.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • English — B2 or higher.

  • Leadership, accountability, and results orientation.
