Customer Service Specialist

An international medical equipment company is looking for a customer service specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and internal orders

• Monitor and improve delivery times

• Organize shipments and collaborate with suppliers, logistics, sales, registration/quality assurance, and finance

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email

• Maintain reporting and handle related claims/quality issues

• Assist with post-sales service

• Experience of 3 years in customer service, logistics, procurement, or similar areas in an international manufacturing company

• Proficiency in Excel, and experience with 1C/Oracle/SAP is desirable

• Intermediate English skills

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large amounts of data

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
