HR Manager (Kazakh & Kyrgyz countries)

Job resposibilites:

HR duties:

• Doing the background check of the prospective new employees, preparing the invitation letters, formulating different orders for the employees both internal and external, formulating the employment agreement and all the necessary documents and addendums for the new employees (on Kazakh, English and Russian language), including documents for fixed assets given to the employees. Maintenance of the leave related documents etc for the accounting and HR purposes.
• Work with Enbek.kz site.
• Recruting for CA countries, receipt of approvals for the newcomers from HR HO.
• Practicing and suggesting the management on the labor laws (with periodic changes) in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgystan and ensuring compliance.
• Internal communication to the employees as and when required, in consultation with the Head of the representation.
• Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed in line with the laws of CA republics .
• Fixed asset agreement, creation of fixed asset master file, numbering and helping the accountant for the updation of the same in the 1C system.
• Monthly check of payroll for CA countries, attendance list. Reporting to the HO on monthly basis.
• Preparation of monthly Data master file report, company structure update for CA countries.
• Preparation of annual budget file and salary increment file for CA countries.

Ofiice coordination duties:

• Check of monthly staff travel in coordination with office-managers for CA countries.
• Preparation of hotel agreements and other agreements related to the office.
• Dealing with leasing operator with all issues related to the leased cars (car repair and etc.)
• Organization of cycle meetings.

Candidate requirements:

• Job experience in the same area of 3-6 years (HR prefferably).
• Good knowledge of English

• Work schedule 09.00-18.00 (with a lunch break 13.00-14.00)
• Office in Nurly-Tau BC.
