Lead Generation Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy Outreach Manager who can combine market research, creative lead generation, and automation to drive partner acquisition. You’ll be the link between our expansion strategy and the real conversations with potential partners that make it happen.

What you’ll do

• Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, search engines, industry directories, AI-powered tools, and any other creative methods.

• Conduct market research to identify and prioritize the most promising markets and partners.

• Map and understand partners’ booking flows to identify entry points for Cardoo’s product.

• Use and maintain CRM systems (Hubspot) to track leads, progress, and results.

• Leverage automation & AI (e.g., scraping, enrichment, automated outreach) to scale prospecting and free up time for high-value conversations.

• Schedule qualified meetings with prospects

What we expect from you

• Proven experience in B2B outreach or business development (mobility, travel tech, or marketplace experience is a plus).

• Strong understanding of market research and prioritization in a global expansion context.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data management.

• Familiarity with automation platforms and AI tools for lead generation is preferred

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results fast.

• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian or other languages is a plus.
