We're currently seeking a Hotline Specialist to join our GRCS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services) team, who is eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to handle calls in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and provide effective solutions to issues and complaints.
Receive and handle incoming calls through the hotline (via mobile application)
Process written complaints submitted via email, WhatsApp and the hotline website
Clarify details with the applicant when needed and log information into the internal system
Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism in all interactions
Communicate in a clear and respectful manner, even in emotionally charged conversations
