В связи с ростом команды и увеличением количества объектов в управлении, мы открываем позицию Заместителя Руководителя по управлению и эксплуатации объектов (Facility Management) для усиления нашей управленческой структуры.
Эта роль является частью более широкой стратегической модели, в рамках которой Руководителя направления поддерживают три заместителя, каждый из которых отвечает за ключевое операционное направление: техническую эксплуатацию (Chief Engineering), клиентский сервис (Customer Care) и теперь - управление эксплуатацией объектов (Facility Management).
Позиция предполагает релокацию на Кипр.
Обязанности:
Operational leadership
- Take full responsibility for the operations of the number of properties.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 2–3 Facility Managers across different locations.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Act as the escalation point for all technical and facility-related issues on site.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support the Facility Management sub-team.
- Set performance goals, review KPIs, and conduct regular check-ins.
- Facilitate communication between Facility Managers and other service divisions (Engineering, Customer Care).
Budget & procurement Oversight
- Manage facility budgets for your assigned property and support team leads with cost control.
- Oversee procurement of services and materials, ensuring value and compliance.
- Approve facility-related expenditures and track cost efficiency.
Stakeholder & Tenant relations
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on site.
- Coordinate with owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure high tenant satisfaction by proactively resolving facility-related concerns.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, health & safety, and fire codes.
- Maintain accurate logs, service reports, and regulatory documentation.
Требования: - Minimum 5 years in facility/property/technical operations management.
- Proven team management experience (min. 2-3 direct reports).
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis resolution skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian; Greek is a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance workflows.
- Experience in the hospitality sector (hotels) is considered a strong plus due to the service-oriented nature of the role.
- Tech-savvy with developed admin competencies (MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of budgeting tools, BI-tools, Property/Facility Management Software is a plus).
- Understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and civil systems maintenance is preferred.
- Driver’s license.
- Willingness to respond to off-hours emergencies if needed.
