The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Consultant / Recruiter to join our team and have a real impact on the company success.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies for mid-management and top-executive positions.

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for our clients' positions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates'
  qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the agency by actively seeking new client opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and participating in business development activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced recruiters to share knowledge, best practices, and collaborate on challenging projects.

• Quality Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, exceeding their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
