We’re looking for a responsible and detail-focused Route Planner to help manage truck routes, track compliance, and submit key operational reports. This role is ideal for someone who understands U.S. freight operations, thrives in a structured environment, and enjoys working with data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign 500+ monthly truck routes
  

• Confirm weekend load updates and apply double pay rules where needed
  

• Submit timely reports (mileage, fuel/tolls, odometer logs)
  

• Monitor driver compliance with route and fuel instructions
  

• Coordinate with dispatchers and KBX to ensure accurate information
  

• Track and log time daily via Time Doctor
  

• Communicate clearly with drivers and internal teams
  

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in logistics, dispatching, or route planning
  

• Strong attention to detail and report accuracy
  

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
  

• Comfortable working in U.S. time zone (EST)
  

• Self-disciplined with remote work
  

• Good communication in English and Russian
