Central Asian University is seeking a skilled Product Owner with experience in healthcare or medtech projects. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of digital medical products, from discovery to delivery, with active collaboration across product, development, QA, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development of a healthcare digital product from idea to release

• Collect and formalize requirements from users (doctors, clinics, patients) and regulatory bodies

• Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap

• Write clear and structured user stories and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, analysts, and designers

• Launch new features and improve user experience

• Monitor product metrics, analyze user behavior, run A/B tests

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner

• Proven experience in healthcare/medtech projects (EMR, telemedicine, HIS, lab systems, etc.)

• Strong skills in collecting and translating requirements from medical users and stakeholders

• Understanding of healthcare regulations, national standards, HL7/FHIR (a strong plus)

• Deep knowledge of digital product lifecycle

• Experience managing backlog, writing user stories, and setting priorities

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design)

• Analytical skills: product metrics, user behavior, A/B testing

Desirable

• Experience launching eHealth, diagnostics, hospital systems, or wearable device products

• Knowledge of UX principles in medical environments (doctor-facing UI, high load, critical reliability)

• Technical background: understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture

• English proficiency required; Russian and Uzbek preferred

• Experience working in hybrid or remote teams

Working Conditions

Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Support: Professional support from the existing team

Employment: Official with a probationary period

Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate’s knowledge and experience

Vacation: Annual paid leave of 28 working days
