About the Role:

DEEPTECH is seeking a skilled and responsible Product Manager to lead and coordinate internal projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and excellent Russian language skills to ensure smooth team and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple projects from start to finish

Develop clear project plans, schedules, and deliverables

Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, etc.)

Identify and manage risks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery

Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership

Align project objectives with business goals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management

Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana)

Ability to lead teams and resolve issues independently

Higher education in Business, IT, or a related field
