THE JOB PURPOSE: Deliver sales targets through the execution of a customer business plan aligned with the objectives of the channel and category development plan. The job holder will be responsible for developing the execution strategy for the MT accounts, building and executing customer strategies and business plans on a regional/category basis, and establishing and implementing short to mid-term customer development plans and growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to drive regional/category/customer growth
- Forecast sales and trade budgets for optimal profitability
- Develop and implement promotion plans and investment proposals
- Negotiate and build customer relationships
- Ensure full portfolio presence on shelves
- Monitor customer strategies, competitor trends, and identify opportunities
- Set and achieve growth targets, ensuring budget compliance
Skills and Experience:
- Sales, analytical skills, self-discipline, negotiation skills, ability to ensure task completion
- Growth mindset, customer & consumer focus, accountability and responsibility
- University degree in related field (MBA will be a plus)
- Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian (essential)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
MUST: experience in Key Account Management (at least 3 years) and English (at least C1), experience in FMCG
