What You Can Expect from The Role:
- Organizing and overseeing personnel administration processes in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Company’s internal regulations;
- Preparing internal and external HR reports (vacancies, quotas, reports to the military office, etc.);
- Monitoring military registration (monthly letters, verification of T-2 forms, annual reports);
- Keeping records of leave entitlements and ensuring compliance with the annual leave schedule;
- Ensuring proper storage of HR documents and documents of strict accountability;
- Preparing and regularly updating the staffing schedule;
- Monitoring the submission of timesheets;
- Tracking working hours, including overtime, work on holidays and weekends, as well as employee absences, in accordance with legislation and internal regulations;
- Ensuring timely transfer of HR orders and personal files of dismissed employees to the archive;
- Ensuring accuracy and relevance of data in 1C:Enterprise 8 and SAP SuccessFactors systems
What You Bring:
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration;
- Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Ability to work in a team, high level of organization and responsibility;
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage);
- English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
