Business Trainer (Brokerage)

Training Needs Analysis

• Collaborate with managers, experts, and Sales employees to identify current knowledge and skill gaps.
• Contribute to knowledge assessments and certification processes (including feedback collection and analytics).

Development and Delivery of Training Programs

• Design and adapt programs on investment products, sales funnel, client engagement, and ethical communication (aligned with the approved competency model and Sales Playbook).
• Develop an internal certification program for the Sales function.
• Deliver live and virtual sessions (including workshops, trainings, and team learning formats).
• Create e-learning modules and manage courses on LMS platforms.

Optimizing L&D Products for Sales through AI and Digital Technologies

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, video generators, feedback automation, adaptive content creation).
• Integrate digital solutions into learning processes (e.g., testing, analytics, microlearning).

Collaboration with Internal Experts and Functions

• Coordinate the involvement of internal experts and product specialists.
• Align training content with Marketing, PR, Compliance, and Product departments.

Monitoring and Evaluating L&D Effectiveness for Sales

• Collect feedback, analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives, and provide recommendations.
• Support development of learning paths and knowledge matrices for the Sales function.

LMS Administration

• Manage content uploading and updates in the LMS.

Track training progress, certification completion, and adherence to learning deadlines.

Requirements

• Location - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Almaty, Erevan, Istanbul
• Experience in investment product sales or within the financial sector.
• Background in international or multicultural company
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher (English is the working language for all programs).
• Proven ability to design and deliver online courses and webinars (including structure, tools, facilitation).
• Product-based approach to educational content design.
• Proficiency in modern AI tools for learning (content creation, automation).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, including blended learning, case-based and experiential learning.
• Strong presentation and instructional material design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in training and development in Sales or financial services
