Performance Management Specialist

What will you be doing?

• Analyze business process efficiency and suggest improvements

• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics

• Collaborate with departments to enhance operational effectiveness

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership

• Participate in transformation and quality improvement projects

• Higher education (Economics, Management, Analytics, etc.)

• 2+ years of experience in performance management or business analysis

• Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL is a plus)

• Skills in metric development, performance evaluation, and data presentation

• Strong analytical mindset, result-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills

• Work schedule of 5/2 from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days, increasing to 28 days depending on work experience
