Are you ready to take the lead in core HR operations and employee engagement initiatives?
We’re looking for a passionate HR Specialist who can balance precision in admin tasks with creativity in people programs. You’ll work in a hybrid role that touches on everything from payroll input to well-being and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Full management of HR administration (contracts, orders, personal files, vacation, dismissals, etc.)
- Monthly timekeeping and shift tracking in 1C 8.3; collaboration with accountant department and production teams
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding
- Running current employee engagement programs and developing new initiatives
- Internal communications: announcements, visuals, newsletters, internal news
- Organizing corporate events and initiatives (Company Day, Recognition Awards, teambuildings, etc.)

Requirements - 2+ years of experience in HR administration is must
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code
- Proficient in 1C 8.3 (HR module and timekeeping)
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Fluent Kazakh and Russian
- Confident in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Organized, proactive, self-driven, and quick to learn
