The Astana International Financial Centre Authority is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager (Maternity cover during the leave of the current employee) to lead and execute sales and client growth initiatives for the Expat Centre. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and internationally-focused environment supporting the AIFC community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and market the full range of Expat Centre services to raise brand awareness among targeted client segments.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow the Centre’s client base.

  • Lead client retention efforts through strong relationship management and tailored service offerings.

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including corporate partnerships and outreach initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials aligned with client needs.

  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approaches.

  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, client acquisition, and retention KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Sales Management, or a related field (required).

  • Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development, ideally within service-oriented or international organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in both client acquisition and retention.

  • Experience with multicultural audiences is a strong asset.

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, client engagement, and negotiation.

  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and basic data analysis.

  • Client-oriented and performance-driven.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-focused.

  • Team player with a solution-driven approach.
