Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of architects, developers and quality assurance specialists, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of projects
Implement non-standard solutions and promptly respond to urgent requests from management or technical issues, followed by the operational organization of the team's work and task resolution
Team management 5+ and multiple distributed teams, previous experience of managing development teams of full cycle
Managing team across different areas of an organization to achieve a common goal
Requirements:
Technical or Project Management degree
5+ experience in leading high-qualified teams
Deep understanding of Development processes and e-commerce business. You can think both with a developer and business mindset, and know how each can contribute to achieving the goals of the other
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts/approaches to non technical stakeholders
Deep knowledge of online shop platform organization and back-office operational interaction
