Infrastructure and Technology Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability and integrity of data center, cloud, server system, end-user environment, connectivity, cybersecurity platforms.
• Implementation of enterprise-wide computing and collaboration systems/platforms in line with corporate strategies considering consolidation and optimization.
• Keep all connectivity and cybersecurity systems fully compliant to security policies, audit & quality systems requirements.
• Collaborate with other IDS Towers and Functions to gauge the effectiveness and efficiencies of existing infrastructure to develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Ensure high level technology and infrastructure impact analysis is provided to other IDS Towers.
• Develop and implement test plans / scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project.
• Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust infrastructure.
• Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new solutions, systems software, updates and associated products throughout the enterprise.
• Conduct research on new and emerging technologies that can be leveraged through existing IDS investments.
• Coordinate with the appropriate contacts to develop implementation plans, manage resources, track spend against budget.
• Ensure SLAs are met for infrastructure and technology.
• Collect feedback from the business units on infrastructure and technology services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overall leadership of Anadolu Efes’ computing, collaboration, end-user technologies, connectivity and cybersecurity portfolio and services for his/her country.
• Managing, coordinating and directing all projects related to the implementation, improvement and maintenance of the IDS Infrastructure and Technology in global perspective, to enable business.
• Set up and manage infrastructure and technology projects to deliver against roadmap/portfolio – business case development, coordination of relevant resources (internal, as well as vendor selection & management) – ensuring aligned architecture, serviceability, and security.
• Conduct regular meetings with the managers & key stakeholders to inform and alert them of any issues arising from the performance of the individual projects within the portfolio to assure the on-plan usage and consumption of resources and funding, and to highlight any variances.
• Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting around the IDS Infrastructure and Technology project portfolios (Collaboration&Computing, Cybersecurity, Network, End-user), their contents and the individual performance of initiatives to stakeholder and/or governance boards, the IT steering committee, and senior executives.
• Plan/Direct the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts. This includes documentation and maintenance of IDS department release and resource capacity plans.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:

• Total experience: At least 5 years
• Strong English language skills (written/oral)
• Experience in information technology processes
• Experience of participating in major computing, collaboration, connectivity and cybersecurity projects as analyst, architect or technical lead
• Experience in working with international computing, collaboration, connectivity and cybersecurity platforms and service providers
• Experience with Data Centers, servers, virtualization, Disaster Recovery and Cloud technologies
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN and Telecommunication services and Technologies
• Experience with information security tools, platforms and services as Data Classification, DLP, SIEM, SOC
• Experience working with cross functional and global team
• Problem solving abilities and analytical skills and effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, other control framework and related ISO standards
