GP Solutions is looking for an Account Manager.
Project:
GP Travel Enterprise is an innovative and powerful travel automation solution for Tour Operators, OTAs, DMCs, TMCs, and Wholesalers, which helps companies across the globe to run and grow their businesses.
Remotely/Office/Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients (B2B);
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Conducting regular meetings, status updates, and business reviews;
- Identifying client needs and promoting new solutions/services (at a basic level, later involving the Business Analyst);
- Conducting commercial negotiations and agreeing on contract terms.
- Supporting the presale process (participating in demos, preparing presentations); - Participating in dispute resolution (Claim Management);
- Preparing reports on client activities.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Sales Manager in IT or related industries (at least 2 years);
- Preferred experience in Travel Tech / OTA / GDS;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Commercial negotiation skills;
- Understanding of project management principles (experience in IT projects is a plus);
- Basic knowledge of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting);
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix, etc.);
- Proficient Russian and confident English (at least B2 level);
- Being proactive, stress-resistant, with a positive attitude to life.
As a plus:
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre products and systems;
- Understanding business processes in the tourism industry;
- Experience working with international clients.
