2.2. About the project
You will be joining a small, agile commercial team. Your role will be pivotal in managing and converting incoming leads – mainly restaurants and retailers – into long-term customers. You will work closely with our founder and logistics team and have a direct impact on our continued growth across the UK and Europe.
2.3. About the job opening
- Location: Remote (UK working hours 09:00-17:00)
- Workload: Full-time (160 hours/month)
- Duration: Long-term
3. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience with full sales cycles – from lead qualification to closing
- English proficiency: B2 minimum (both written and spoken), Russian language is and advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
- Prior knowledge of the hospitality or retail sector is an advantage
5. Your Duties
- Manage and respond to incoming B2B leads via email, social media, phone, and forms
- Qualify leads and identify the right product for their needs
- Prepare and send quotes, follow up, and close sales
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery and onboarding
