Business Development Manager — USA Direction

Ego Digital, a full-cycle digital agency based in Israel, is expanding into the U.S. market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and operate this direction — from strategy to execution.

This is a full-time, remote position with a structured Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 (your local time or Israel/EST depending on your location). Salary is fixed in USD.

Your Mission:

You will take ownership of Ego Digital’s U.S. market expansion. This includes building the strategic direction, collaborating with our internal team (designers, marketers, content creators), managing task flow, and ensuring we effectively enter and scale in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for Ego Digital in the U.S.

  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and client acquisition.

  • Coordinate the work of our internal teams (marketing, design, SMM, development) specifically for the U.S. direction.

  • Translate business goals into actionable tasks for copywriters, designers, ad managers, etc.

  • Maintain close communication with marketing specialists to ensure campaigns align with the U.S. audience.

  • Supervise project execution, quality control, deadlines, and brand consistency.

  • Regularly report on progress, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Proactively suggest new channels, services, or partnerships for the U.S. market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with the U.S. market (mandatory).

  • 3+ years in business development, digital marketing, or operations (preferably in an agency or B2B context).

  • Solid understanding of how to localize digital services for the U.S. market (tone, pace, visuals, offers).

  • Strong project management skills: ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

  • Fluent English (C1–C2 or native-like); Russian is a plus.

  • Proficiency in tools like Trello/Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • High level of self-management and accountability.
