Responsibilities:
- Top Manager's support (work calendar, business trips, etc.);
- Admin support of foreign employees: transportation, house rent, food support and education, business trip, etc;
- Coordinates business trip for employees (hotel, booking flights, air ticket);
- Initiates all admin requests in the EP system, admin contracts, expenses closing;
- Coordinates transportation for employees, corporate mobile.
Requirements: - Higher education;
- 2+ years of professional, relevant experience in supporting executive-level teams;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Demonstrated ability to support executive leadership with advanced written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to think creatively and be a problem solver, adaptable and results-driven while providing excellent organizational skills
