HR Admin Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Admin Specialist to join our team as a maternity leave cover.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our ongoing initiatives.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Ensure the complete and accurate management of all employee documentation in compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies;
  • Effectively and timely input and update employee data within the company's HR systems (such as 1C, 1UZ HR, ENST, and other internal IT platforms) used for personnel management;
  • Oversee the monthly maintenance and control of employee timekeeping records, including attendance, absences (e.g., vacations, sick leave), and other forms of leave, as well as preparing relevant reports;
  • Monitor labor discipline and regulations observation by employees of the company;
  • Assist in the administration of personnel training issues.

Requirements:

  • Work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
  • Strong knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English languages;
  • Competent command of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • A confident computer user with strong understanding of standard office software, including Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to work in multitasking mode and with a large amount of work;
  • Attention to details.
