Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility at iddqd Studio will be overseeing the ArchViz production team and acting as a vital communication bridge between the team and our clients. You will collaborate closely with our clients and our internal team to ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your strong management and communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production team, ensuring the successful execution of projects within set timelines and quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and providing regular updates on project progress
• Collaborate with an internal team, including artists, 3D modelers, and animators, to ensure smooth workflow coordination
• Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitating effective communication between team members and clients
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, aligning with project scope and quality standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to architectural visualization and project management

• Strong management and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Experience in project management, preferably in the architecture or CGI industries
• Knowledge of architectural visualization or related fields is considered a valuable advantage
