Right now we are looking for a Partnership Manager to help grow and strengthen
relationships with both new and existing partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Searching for a new publishers, media platforms, influencers, KOLs and other traffic partners
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones
- Lead partnership negotiations: discuss terms, shape offers, and create win-win opportunities
- Analyze key performance metrics of publisher partnerships and develop strategies to improve results
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to launch and manage partnership campaigns
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development
- Have spent the last 2 years in a Partnership Manager (or similar) role
- Are excellent at building relationships and finding common ground, even with the toughest counterparties
- Have experience in digital marketing or online advertising
- Speak and write fluent English (C1 level or above) — international communication is the key
- Bonus: you’ve worked with Web3 or crypto companies before and understand the ecosystem
