An international company specializing in B2P services is looking for an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join our team. This is a key administrative role for someone who enjoys working at the heart of company operations and ensuring that everything in the office runs like clockwork.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee cleaning, safety, and general upkeep of the office
- Plan and organize internal meetings, team events, and company activities
- Assist with booking travel arrangements and supporting executive logistics
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems according to company policy
- Support onboarding of new hires and ensure a smooth setup process
- Monitor office-related expenses and support budget planning
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the office environment
- Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the central point of contact for staff and visitors
- Handle office supply inventory and ensure the workspace is well-equipped and organized
- Coordinate with building management and service vendors for maintenance and facility needs

- Full-time employment in a modern and collaborative office space in Tashkent
- Fixed work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
- Competitive salary starting from $500/month, depending on experience

Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual who takes pride in building a comfortable and efficient workspace for the team. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar field
- Have fluent Russian and English language skills (C1 level or higher); Uzbek is a plus
- Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing focus
- Are familiar with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Have a friendly, service-minded attitude and strong interpersonal skills
