At Gurtam, we build Wialon, one of the world’s leading GPS tracking and IoT platforms, used by over 2,400 partners across 150+ countries. As our network grows, we’re looking for a Project Implementation Specialist who will help partners launch, grow, and optimize projects powered by Wialon.
Responsibilities
- Technical pre-sale assistance on Gurtam products, demo delivery, closing all the technical blockers.
- Continuous development of partners' technical expertise and understanding of the IoT domain;
- Software and hardware-related consultations and trainings for easy onboarding and partners' technical expertise enhancement;
- Full range of support activities for Guartam-based projects, including: "migration", "retention", and onboarding new clients to Gurtam's products;
- Improving partner employees' expertise via passing them through the Basic Course; evaluation of their expertise via Certification;
- Guidance on the Gurtam products integration process and HW partners test accounts management.
- Holding public training sessions and webinars, including those to extend the number of possible scenarios for using Gurtam.
- Participation in department-wide process improvement initiatives, extra activities (e.g. involvement in AI bots development to automate part of the work) and partner-related events based on capacity and relevant skill sets.
Requirements:
- Advanced English and French required; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus.
- Experience in positions of technical support or training or similar (management of technical variables + live interaction with customers)
- University degree (ideally computer engineering, systems or related/technical background)
- High productivity level and high speed of work in general – it is important for us how many unique letters you can write per day and how many phone calls/ meetings you can handle with no quality loss
- Outstanding time management skills – ability to set priorities, plan your day based on incoming requests, possible force majeure, tasks from the Team Lead, and your personal work goals
- Strong knowledge of how to build fruitful partnership – provision of high-quality service, diplomacy, attention to details, honesty
- Fast learner – we provide you with an extensive training program during your probation period, and with a plethora of training opportunities after that
- Ability to switch focus easily within a high number of incoming tasks
- Excellent business correspondence and communication skills
