How You Will Make an Impact:
Develop overall Trade-in Program Strategy in accordance with Global Company’s Guidelines, including defining target customers, setting goals/KPIs and establishing timelines
Manage all aspects of Trade-in process, including Operational, Commercial, Legal, Financial aspects of Program
Account management of local Trade-in Vendors with focus on maintaining strong Partnership relations
Optimize Trade-in Program by defining “bottleneck” areas and building up new approaches to remove them
Effectively Coordinate with different teams within the company (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Legal, Accounting)
Always-on Reporting to Top Management on Trade-in Project status including main KPIs, issues and improvement areas
Higher education (business, economics, marketing or management)
3 years of project or program management experience, preferably in B2C or Trade-in
Skills in interacting with external contractors, negotiating and managing contracts
Knowledge of business processes: operational, commercial, legal and financial aspects
Ability to form a strategy, define goals and KPIs, monitor implementation
Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Experience in cross-functional interaction (sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of English
