Responsibilities
• Project management of the KPMG Academy;
• Resolving administrative and organizational issues in daily work;
• Organization of external and internal meetings, conference calls and Teams calls;
• Preparation and organization of timely transfer of documents to the finance department and maintenance of an electronic register of documents;
• Assistance in organizing KPMG Academy events;
• Maintaining a register of trainings, client base.
Requirements
• Completed higher education;
• Upper-Intermediate English (both spoken and written), excellent Russian;
• Previous experience in academic support;
• Strong business communication skills (written, oral);
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point) -advanced;
• Knowledge of finance;
• Knowledge of telephone and business etiquette;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Effective time management skills, ability to cope with several tasks;
• Customer focus and focus on results;
• Stress resistance;
• Proactive approach to problem solving;
• Willingness to follow formal business and business casual dress code;
• Familiarity with educational and assessment software;
• Ability to handle confidential information;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
