Requirements:
1)Having an education related to management, HR or accounting.
2)Having at least five years of relevant work experience.
3)Good command of English and Russian languages.
4)Possibility of settlement in Uzbekistan.
5)Ability to make business trips according to the needs of the company.
6) QualitiesOrganised, responsible.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Supervision of the accounting process and financial reporting to management and parent entity in coordination with other departments.
2) Keeping records, filing and archiving of company documents such as contracts, import documentations, invoices, etc.
3)Basic HR functions, including supervising warehouse and other personnel attendance and work discipline.
4)Following up with customers regarding the correct execution of payments.
5)Coordinating work on contracts, procurement, logistics, and customs clearance.
8)Monitoring warehouses and preparing warehouse statistics.
8)Personnel Attendance Control.
9)Assistance with the participation in exhibitions and other marketing activities.
10)Organisational work related to management’s business trips, reception and accommodation of guests in Uzbekistan and, if necessary, in other Central Asian countries.
