Project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-paced fintech organization. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, process hygiene, and efficient communication across multiple teams—without direct authority over technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles: verify readiness of tasks, monitor progress, identify and resolve blockers, and ensure clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate cross-team dependency management and roadmap alignment: schedule and document planning sessions, track deliverables, and surface risks early.
• Maintain process and documentation standards: review and refine task descriptions, audit stale tickets, capture meeting outcomes, and translate retrospective insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage administrative workflows: oversee access requests, track team availability (leaves, probation milestones), and liaise with DevOps/Infrastructure as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics: track delivery metrics (velocity, scope vs. plan, cycle time), prepare status updates for leadership, and iterate on KPIs to improve predictability and efficiency.
• Act as liaison among stakeholders: ensure clear communication between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and other teams; escalate issues when necessary and drive alignment discussions.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Solid technical fluency: able to understand high-level architecture and technical dependencies for web/mobile/backend contexts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management software (JIRA, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining and monitoring metrics to guide decisions and report progress.
• Stakeholder management: adept at negotiating priorities and aligning teams without direct authority. Adaptability: thrives in dynamic environments; able to propose and implement new process

Would be a plus:

• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or crypto projects.
• Familiarity with analytics/dashboard tools to build delivery reports.
