Middle Data Analyst

Weby Corp is a fast-growing company specializing in e-commerce, retail, warehouse and transportation logistics, and accounting. Our IT ecosystem includes various data-driven solutions to optimize business operations and decision-making.

We are planning to expand our team in the near future and are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with business intelligence tools, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques. A strong understanding of data manipulation, visualization, and business logic is essential. Experience with ETL/ELT tools and web-service APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions across different departments.

2. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or similar BI tools.

3. Automate data processing workflows using Python.

4. Integrate data from various sources, including APIs of web services.

5. Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for business growth.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and marketing, to optimize data-driven decision-making.

7. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.

Preferred Experience:

1. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).

2. Strong SQL skills (MySQL syntax preferred).

3. Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).

5. Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow preferred).

6. Experience working with APIs for data extraction and integration.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

10. English level B2 or higher.
