We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to join our team at Haileybury Astana. This is a key role that supports the full employee lifecycle and ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

Start date: July 2025

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records

  • Coordinating employee hiring, transfers, and terminations

  • Monitoring vacation schedules and preparing related documentation

  • Supporting compliance with internal labor regulations

  • Updating employee data in HR systems (1C, NOBD, Enbek.kz)

  • Assisting with payroll changes and reporting

  • Managing documentation and visa support for foreign staff

  • Preparing official HR documents and certificates

  • Overseeing voluntary medical insurance and corporate mobile services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR documentation

  • Proficiency with HR databases and systems (e.g., 1C, Enbek.kz)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
