What Makes This Role Special:

You will become a key person in coordinating all office operations. Your work will directly impact the comfort, efficiency, and overall atmosphere within the team. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys organization, works well with people, and is focused on delivering results.

Tasks to solve:

  • Organizing office purchases (stationery, equipment, supplies, etc.);
  • Managing relationships with suppliers of goods and services (handling documentation, quality control, deadline monitoring);
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of office events (internal meetings, celebrations, team-building activities);
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.);
  • Providing administrative support to employees and management on office-related matters.

This role is perfect for you if:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams;
  • Proficiency in handling basic documentation and working with Excel/Google Sheets;
  • A high level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
