System Analyst

GP Solutions is looking for a System Analyst.

Project: International B2B platform with high technical complexity​​​​​​​.
We are developing a technically complex B2B platform with active development across multiple teams and services. The team needs a System Analyst to attend technical discussions, capture implementation details, and maintain clear and structured documentation for developers and stakeholders.​​​​​​​

Remotely/Office/Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Attend technical meetings, grooming sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Capture key implementation decisions and agreements (technical notes).
• Document system behavior, APIs, data flows, and service interactions.
• Maintain technical documentation in Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Create and update diagrams (ERD, UML, BPMN if needed).
• Help development teams find relevant context in past decisions.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a System or Technical Analyst.

• Ability to quickly understand technical discussions and accurately capture both the essence and the details of implementation decisions.

• Clear and professional written English (you’ll document in English regularly).

• Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, data formats (JSON, XML).

• Strong documentation skills and structured thinking.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, Miro, draw.io (or similar).

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Calm and confident communicator with technical teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and self-driven.
