People Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven People Analyst to join our dynamic People Science & Analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze large datasets to support business decisions
• Design and build reports (recurring and ad-hoc)
• Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate across various functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
• Handle global special projects as needed
• Create knowledge base materials and conduct training sessions

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance and consulting, human resources, or related fields
• Critical thinking
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
• Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables)
• Strong results-driven orientation with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and take ownership
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
• Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools for automated reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, R programming languages
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
