HumanLab is looking for a Sales Team Lead to strengthen the team and drive growth through smart strategy and hands-on leadership. The project is a large company specializing in cryptocurrency advertising, based in Tallinn, Estonia.
Responsibilities:
– Handling key accounts and actively participating in sales: supporting lead conversion, negotiating deals, and preparing commercial proposals
– Managing the account management team: hiring, onboarding, development, and transitions.
– Supporting the team in complex client situations.
– Structuring and optimizing internal workflows: sales, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
– Ensuring revenue growth and team KPIs are met.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, including team leadership.
– Strong team-building and performance management skills.
– Proactive and independent approach with a high level of ownership.
– Strong business focus and the ability to build and optimize scalable processes.
