Project Manager

Group‑IB is an international cybersecurity founded in 2003 and headquartered in Singapore. We develop advanced cybersecurity technologies to investigate, prevent, and combat digital crime.

As a Project manager you will be essential in keeping projects on schedule, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring seamless coordination between team members and stakeholders across regions. Tasks to solve:

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders and the design team.

• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.

• Ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet brand standards and client expectations.

• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as necessary.

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management within a IT company or creative/marketing agency.

• Track record of successful delivery of design/marketing-related projects.

• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Strong skills in planning, execution, and delivery of creative/design projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira Cloud or similar).

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Knowledge of managing client relationships, gathering requirements, and presenting progress updates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
