Project manager in transformation office

What you will be doing:

• Lead key projects within the Transformation Office, including project planning, timeline control, and task coordination with various stakeholders;

• Prepare presentations, briefs, and analytical materials for the CEO and top management;

• Collect and structure information from various teams;

• Monitor the implementation of project tasks and generate progress reports;

• Participate in the development of transformation methodologies, new initiatives, and change management tools;

• Support strategic and cross-functional initiatives;

• Ensure regular and clear communication of project progress to senior leadership;

• Support and oversee the implementation of AI- and automation-based solutions, especially those intersecting with business processes.

What we expect from you:

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, audit, or advisory/strategy roles or similar projects;

• Experience in projects involving the implementation or use of AI/ML solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, chatbots, data processing);

• Strong skills in preparing well-structured, visually compelling, and informative presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides);

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms;

• Experience in project management and knowledge of basic methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, etc.) is a plus;

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs;

• High level of independence, proactivity, and attention to detail;

• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary paid twice a month: advance and final payment

• Official employment from the first working day in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan

• Annual paid leave of 30 calendar days as per local labor laws
