Senior Solution Manager

Tasks to solve:

• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.

• Lead product demos, workshops, and POCs.

• Align technical solutions with customer fraud risks, needs, and regulations.

• Design solution architectures and oversee pre-sales activities.

• Prepare technical proposals, RFPs, and compliance docs.

• Provide input to product teams via customer feedback.

• Deliver training and represent the company at events.

• Support clients through implementation, configuration, and post-sales integration.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in cybersecurity/fraud prevention or 5+ in tech/IT.

• Pre-sales or solution consulting experience.

• Deep understanding of security threats and fraud tactics.

• Hands-on with fraud tools, scoring models, and authentication tech.

• Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Knowledge of OS architectures, web/mobile tech, and API integrations.

• Cryptographic know-how and secure system design experience.

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
