Chief legal expert

PJSC LUKOIL is looking for new talents to join the International Law Department of its Moscow HQ and possibly the legal teams of the LUKOIL Group overseas offices for the position of Chief legal expert.

Who we are

Our team provides legal support for the international business activities of the LUKOIL Group. Primary issues we deal with relate to implementation of investment agreements for hydrocarbon production (PSAs, concessions, service contracts), large EPC projects in Russia and abroad. Our focus is not only the current operational issues of existing projects, but issues concerning business development projects as well (farmins/farmouts, corporate SPAs).

What do we expect from you

The key requirements for the applicant are an impeccable knowledge of civil law, private international law and fluency in English.

Experience in supporting international projects, understanding of the problems of the legal regulation of subsoil use and the basics of English law are a substantial plus.

Required experience: four years at least.
