Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales target: Develop sales rules for professional services in the region and countries, manage sales targets, and manage forecasts, and be responsible for the achievement of overall targets (order targets, market targets, and sales gross margin targets).
  • Customer satisfaction management: Establish and maintain customer relationships through various key activities of customers. Proactively listen to VOCs, drive the resolution of customer requirements, issues, and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction of the account dept.
  • Market planning: Determine the medium- and long-term development direction of the account based on the account's market planning activities and the account's development plan, develop the professional service development and sales strategies of the account, and be responsible for the service business growth and market landscape improvement of the account.
  • Lead and opportunity exploration: Identify customers' business pain points and requirements and explore specific professional service leads and opportunities through collaboration with customers (investigation into customers and installed base operations, etc.).
  • Service solution: Provide comprehensive service solutions to customers and ensure the deliverability, competitiveness, and profitability of the solutions.
  • Sales project operation: Organize and participate in the project operation of the account dept, identify project risks and issues in a timely manner, drive the project progress, comply with the corporate sales process, and ensure the success of sales projects.
  • Service branding: Undertake the regional service brand building plan, implement service marketing communication activities in the account department based on customer requirements and development objectives of the account department, and evaluate the effect of service marketing communication activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in telecommunication technical sphere or sales sphere
  • Fluent English, Chinese is a plus
  • Familiar with the delivery and O&M (Operation and Management) process
  • Be familiar with service solutions.
  • Understand product solutions.
  • Be familiar with new business models and financial knowledge.
  • Be familiar with sales management processes and tools.
  • Market planning capability (region and industry)
  • Customer communication capability (customer)
  • Requirement interpretation capability (customized requirements)
  • Opportunity identification capability (lead to opportunity)
  • Business-driven capability (internal and external)
  • Highly experienced with MS Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
