Key responsibilities: BTL Campaign & Field Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, including new product launches.
- Help coordinate logistics and communication with BTL agencies and subcontractors.
- Support recruitment and basic onboarding of Hostess teams.
- Participate in the distribution of POSM and promo materials across regions.
- Join field visits (at least 1 day every 2 weeks) to observe promotions, gather feedback, and monitor implementation.
- Assist in conducting Mystery Shopper visits and document key findings.
- Help organize events and provide support during and after execution.
Data & Digital Tools:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing simple CRM data for reporting purposes.
- Support POS code matching and basic equipment usage tracking.
- Help with data entry into CRM tools (e.g. SKU updates, Switching Matrix).
- Contribute to the preparation of training content for field teams under guidance.
Administrative Tasks & Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to inventory and cigarette write-offs.
- Help prepare basic reports and progress summaries for internal use.
- Deliver a short internship presentation summarizing key tasks and learnings to the team.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience in field marketing, CRM tools, and campaign execution.
- Learn about cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Sales and Legal.
- Develop basic skills in data handling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Understand how consumer engagement works at field level in an FMCG context.
Requirements: - University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, data analysis, and consumer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or data platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for regional visits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- English language proficiency at a B1(Intermediate) level.
