We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Intern to join our dynamic Brand Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, contributing to various projects and initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales, and consumer engagement. The successful candidate will be involved in digital and traditional marketing activities, developing valuable skills in data analysis, project coordination, and creative content development.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Help coordinate materials and timelines for ongoing promotional activities.
• Support the organization of marketing events and activations.

Monitoring and analyzing brand effectiveness:

• Help track brand performance using internal tools and available market research data.
• Assist in preparing simple post-campaign surveys to collect feedback from customers and consumers.
• Contribute to compiling campaign results into structured reports (with guidance), highlighting key insights.

Market research:

• Participate in consumer and trade surveys under supervision.
• Help gather and organize data on market trends, new product launches, and competitors' advertising.
• Provide support in analyzing collected data to identify useful patterns and insights.

Field brand quality verification:

• Join team members for field visits (up to 2 days per week) to stores, universities, or other public locations.
• Assist in gathering direct consumer feedback and monitoring POSM (point-of-sale materials).
• Help prepare basic field visit reports and share findings with the team.

Candidate requirements:

• Current student in their final years or a graduate of higher education institutions (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields.

• Strong analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Creative thinking and a vision for innovative marketing approaches.

• Knowledge of digital tools would be an advantage.

• English language proficiency at a B1(Intermediate) level.
