Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Construction and installation of Huawei equipment: You will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of Huawei telecommunications equipment for base stations as part of the 5G network rollout in Kazakhstan.

Installation of new Huawei equipment: Installing, configuring, and testing Huawei equipment, including base stations, antennas, and systems for 5G network deployment.

Project documentation and support: Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing installation guides and project-related documents, as well as ensuring equipment acceptance and commissioning.

Project management: Assisting in developing and implementing the project plan, managing subcontractors on-site, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Quality control: Ensuring high-quality standards in construction and equipment installation, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge and experience with Huawei equipment (preferably experience with base station installation and maintenance).

Experience in telecommunications technology, especially with 4G/5G networks.

Proficiency in working with technical documentation, including English-language documents.

Experience in telecom infrastructure projects, especially in base station installation, will be a plus.

Strong organizational skills, ability to work both independently and in a team, solving technical and logistical challenges.

Familiarity with telecom operators and subcontractors is an advantage.
