About the Company:
Вrand is one of the fastest-growing iGaming brands in the world, with hundreds of thousands of active players across multiple countries.

Requirements:
- English level B2+
- Work experience in customer support for at least 3 months

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via live chat, email regarding customer issues, payments, games, bonuses, and platform navigation.
- Explain the rules of various games (e.g., sports betting, casino games) and provide insights into how betting works.
- Identify and escalate issues related to game malfunctions or errors to the appropriate technical teams.
- Respond to queries regarding betting odds, bet settlement procedures, and the calculation of winnings.
- Occasionally promote and upsell different events (internal tournaments, external big events) and promotions (bonuses, cross-sells, gamification).
- Take a proactive approach in communication with VIP players (outbound communication and follow-up if necessary, etc.).
