We are looking for a highly analytical and technically savvy Business Analyst (BA) experienced in gathering and structuring business and technical requirements under uncertainty, prioritizing features based on business value, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. As a key member of the analytics team, you will collaborate with technical experts, developers, a UI/UX designer, and stakeholders to design impactful solutions for code and data migration. Your role will involve aligning product requirements with strategic business objectives and user needs, ensuring close integration with technical implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or Technical Consultant

• Strong understanding of technical products and processes, ideally in the domain of migration tools, code transformation, or enterprise modernization.

• Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills.

• Highly self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in creating and maintaining product specifications with functional and non-functional requirements.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shape structure from incomplete information.

• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2+) level or above.

• Work experience with JIRA/Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (experts, development, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to translate ideas into clear business requirements and specific software requirements.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies in the product development process to enhance product quality and team productivity.

• Define and maintain product requirements and technical documentation with high attention to existing product architecture, dependencies, and constraints.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis in the field of code and data migration to identify product opportunities and validate product directions.

• Take ownership of documentation updates and product artifacts to ensure alignment across teams.

• Focus on delivering stakeholder value using logical reasoning and domain knowledge, even without access to full analytics.

• Support pre-sales and customer-facing activities, such as preparing slide decks and providing technical overviews of in-development products

• Help unite the vision of the design and development teams, keeping the scope intact and goals well-defined, explore both functional and non-functional requirements, contributing to clear and comprehensive technical specifications.

• Participate in roadmap creation and planning, including task decomposition and activity identification aligned with delivery and go-to-market strategy.

• Proactively manage uncertainty and changing priorities in a fast-paced product development cycle.

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience in data/code migration, legacy system modernization, enterprise software, technical consulting.

• Technical education or engineering background.
