Responsibilities:

• Monitor the supply and delivery of aviation fuel and lubricants
• Organize and oversee aircraft refueling operations in accordance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of fuel inventory, usage, and reporting
• Communicate with fuel suppliers, manage contracts, and ensure the quality of delivered fuel
• Ensure compliance with technological procedures for fuel storage and transportation
• Participate in inventory checks and audits
• Timely identification and prevention of fuel contamination or non-compliance risks
• Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and standards in line with IATA, ICAO, and IOSA requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

• Higher technical education (preferably in petrochemistry, logistics, or aviation engineering);
• Additional training or certification in aviation fuel quality control and safety (IATA Fuel Quality Pool - IFQP certification is a plus);
• Deep knowledge of Jet A-1 fuel standards, airport fuel infrastructure, and quality systems;
• Strong contract management, negotiation, and analytical skills;
• Experience with SAF projects and fuel price risk management is desirable.

• Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in aviation fuel management;
• Experience in SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) projects and fuel price risk management is an advantage;
• Solid understanding of aircraft refueling processes and fuel storage/quality control standards.

• Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with aviation fuel regulations and documentation;
• Proficient in working with reporting systems and documentation;
• Confident user of Excel and relevant fuel management systems (e.g., SAP, FuelPlus, Airpas – if applicable);
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation (preferred);
• Strong attention to detail, stress resistance, and readiness to work under high responsibility.
