Marketing manager

Role Overview:

• Develop and execute international B2B marketing strategies; B2C marketing initiatives across diverse global markets, ensuring effective engagement and conversion.

• Lead the development of marketing campaigns, collateral, and messaging tailored to international audiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

• Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and report to optimize campaign performance.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in international B2B and B2C marketing.

Requirements:

• Russian and English languages: B2-C2 levels;

• Experience in international B2B marketing with full ownership of all sorts of marketing channels like performance, media, events, etc.;

• Demonstrated ability to execute B2C marketing strategies across multiple markets, adapting approaches to cultural nuances and preferences.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

• Ability to multitask and have skills such as structure and consistency;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
