Paidora is a white-label payment software platform that is reshaping the landscape of business operations! From automating repetitive tasks to providing real-time insights through powerful analytics, Paidora offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to meet the diverse needs of modern businesses.

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to help drive our growth and maintain strong client relationships. You will be a key player in boosting revenue and building strong ties with new and existing clients

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for Paidora’s services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep Paidora’s offerings competitive.
  • Represent Paidora Soft at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, ideally in the payment provider.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
